What is a Reverse Lamp?
A reverse lamp (reversing light) is a white lamp mounted at the rear of a trailer or vehicle that activates automatically when reverse gear is selected. It illuminates the area behind the trailer to assist the driver when reversing and warns pedestrians and other road users that the vehicle is moving backwards.
